Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar. If you are somewhere else, ask — we can often arrange it.

When it arrives

We do not do same-day delivery, and there is no cutoff to beat. Nothing here is sitting on a shelf — every piece is made after you order it, so a small pot takes a day or two and something like the Lotus Moon Lamp takes several days.

The delivery date is agreed with you on WhatsApp when we confirm the order, once we know what you have asked for and when you need it. You can put a preferred date at checkout and we will work to it where we can. Custom work needs the lead time quoted on its own page.

What it costs

Delivery is charged on every order — there is no minimum spend that makes it free. What it costs depends on the city and how far out the address is. We confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp before anything is dispatched, so there is never a charge you did not agree to.

Surprise deliveries

Tell us at checkout and we will not call the recipient in advance. Please still give us a working number for them — if the address turns out to be hard to find, that number is the difference between the gift arriving and coming back to us.

If something goes wrong

Message us on the same WhatsApp thread. If an arrangement arrived in poor condition, send a photo and we will remake it or refund it. We would rather do that than argue about it.
