Ordering
Add what you want to the cart and go to checkout. Fill in the delivery details and it opens WhatsApp with your order written out. Send that message and we confirm the total and the slot before anything is made up.
Call us on the number in the footer and we will take the order that way. There is no card checkout on the site.
Yes, as long as it has not been made up yet. Reply on the same WhatsApp thread and we will sort it out.
Yes. Event florals and custom chocolate packing are quoted per job - use the enquiry form on those pages. For a small tweak to an existing item, just say so on WhatsApp.
Delivery
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Somewhere else, ask - we can often arrange it.
There is no same-day delivery and no cutoff to beat - nothing is sitting on a shelf. Every piece is made after you order it, so a small pot takes a day or two and a large lamp or bouquet takes several days. We agree the date with you on WhatsApp when we confirm the order.
It depends on the city and how far out the address is, and we confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp before anything is dispatched. There is no order value that makes delivery free.
Yes. Tell us at checkout and we will not call the recipient ahead. Give us a working number for them anyway in case the address is hard to find.
Payment
Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa - all in advance. We send the account or wallet number on WhatsApp once we have confirmed availability and the final total. We do not take cash on delivery, and nothing is ever charged on this website.
It is the price of the item. Delivery and anything customised are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you transfer anything.
The gifts themselves
Close, but not identical, and that is the nature of handmade. Every petal is shaped by hand, so the fullness and the exact shade vary a little between pieces. If something comes out below standard we remake it rather than send it.
They do not wilt at all - there is no water and nothing to go over. Keep a piece out of direct sun and dust it occasionally and it will look the same in a year as it does on the day it arrives.
Yes, and it is free. Type it at checkout and we write it by hand.
